#Foods & Beverages : Home Cooking with Mi Soy Noodle

Home cooking is the only way to save your money instead of having dine outside.
 Mi soy is a noodle that looks like spaghetti but not really costly. 

My recipe for Mi Soy Noodle
1 pack Mi Soy Noodle
¼ cup Olive oil
1/2 cup roughly chopped  Olives
1/2 cup roughly chopped Red Chili Pepper
1/2 cup roughly chopped Minced meat
1/2 cup roughly chopped Tomatoes
1/2 cup roughly chopped Onion and garlic
Salt, as needed


  • Bring a large pot of salted water to boil the Mi Soy Noodle.
  • Boil the minced meat until well cook.
  •  Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 
  • Add the garlic and red pepper and cook, stirring, until slightly toasted, 1 to 2 minutes. 
  • Add the olives and fry 2 more minutes. 
  • Mix all the ingredients except for Mi Soy Noodle  and salt to taste and cook until the sauce thickens, 1 to 2 minutes. 
  • Add the boiled minced meat and season with salt.
  • Drain the Mi Soy noodle, reserving 1/2 cup cooking water, and return it to the pot. Add the sauce and the reserved cooking water and toss. Season with pepper and garnish.
